Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Decker, who was taken in the third round -- 87th overall -- of this year's draft, is expected to report for the first day of training camp on Wednesday.
The 6-foot-3, 220-pound former University of Minnesota standout set school records with 227 catches for 3,119 yards in his time with the Golden Gophers.
